Soccer Coach

Position Overview Asphalt Green Soccer Club is seeking a passionate and reliable CP Soccer Coach to work with our athletes in a supportive and community-focused environment. This role is predominantly based in the Bronx and also includes opportunities to assist with the organization and administration of our Community Soccer League tournaments held on Saturdays during the Spring season. Key Responsibilities Coaching Responsibilities: Plan and lead two weekly CP soccer training sessionsCoach and support players during Sunday gamesFoster a positive and development-focused team environmentAdapt coaching methods to meet the needs of CP athletesCommunicate effectively with players, parents, and club staff League & Tournament Support (Spring Saturdays) Assist with organizing and running community soccer league tournamentsSupport game-day operations (scheduling, setup, coordination, and logistics)Help ensure tournaments run smoothly and professionallyRepresent the club positively within the Bronx community Qualifications Experience coaching soccer (CP soccer experience is an asset, but not required)Strong communication and organizational skillsPassion for player development and community soccerAbility to work evenings and weekendsReliable, punctual, and team-orientedCoaching certifications are an asset but not mandatory
