Qualifications

• Proven expertise in GC-led MEP trade coordination
• Experience with BIM/VDC clash detection and resolution
• Field QA/QC inspections and closeout management skills
• Strong background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, low-voltage, structural, and architectural systems
• Skilled in leading subcontractor coordination meetings
• Proficient in BIM workflows and software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks Manage, AutoCAD MEP, BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, Procore, Primavera P6, Excel, and SharePoint

Pay

Compensation Range: $105,000-$135,000 annually
