Snubbing Supervisor

About the role

Supervisors are responsible for overseeing daily operations on MidAtlantic Energy Services work sites, including managing and coordinating crews and training initiatives, preparing reports and updates for management, overseeing repairs and maintenance on location, and coordinating with support services to ensure successful job completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate crews and training initiatives
• Prepare reports and updates for management
• Serve as a point of contact for crew members and support services
• Oversee repairs and maintenance on site
• Coordinate with support services to ensure successful job completion

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong leadership abilities
• Able to work effectively under pressure
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs independently
• Able to work 12+ hours at a time, outdoors and in all weather conditions
• Able to push/pull and complete repetitive tasks for long periods of time
• Able to lift and maneuver items overhead
• Able to use hand tools such as hammers, wrenches, etc. without mobility restrictions
• High tolerance for busy, noisy and high stress environments
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working at heights (sometimes extreme height)
• Able to work out of town for extended periods of time (up to 28 days)
• Must be able to successfully complete a competency evaluation for the respective position
