The Sr. Enterprise Project Manager at KnowBe4 will lead complex, high-visibility, cross-functional initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO), this role involves:

  • Leading and managing projects from initiation through post-implementation
  • Guiding stakeholders through all phases of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, risk management, change coordination, go-live, and post-implementation review
  • Serving as a subject matter expert on project management methodology, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of EPMO standards, templates, and governance frameworks
  • Mentoring and guiding Enterprise Project Managers and other team members, elevating team capability and PM maturity
  • Managing Steering Committee meetings and executive updates, preparing decks, presentations, and meeting materials for senior and executive audiences
  • Creating and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and comprehensive project documentation and archives
  • Identifying, assessing, and proactively mitigating risks, particularly cross-functional and technical implementation risks
  • Coeordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to align project goals with overall business objectives and strategic priorities
  • Monitoring project progress, managing resources, and providing regular reporting to senior leadership
  • Facilitating effective communication between all project stakeholders, including C-suite, executives, team members, and external partners
  • Ensuring all projects adhere to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Supporting M&A integration analysis and technical integration efforts as needed

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in related field preferred
  • 7+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years leading complex, cross-functional projects
  • Experience managing technical projects and M&A integration initiatives
  • PMP certification or equivalent required; technical certifications a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate across all organizational levels including executive leadership
  • Expert knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive team performance and manage multiple high-priority concurrent projects
  • Proven ability to influence without direct authority across organizational boundaries
  • Strong mentoring and coaching capability; able to elevate the skills of less experienced team members
  • Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Able to handle multiple high-priority projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in multitasking during virtual meetings, including presenting, screen sharing, and note-taking simultaneously
  • Leverages AI tools and drives automation across project workflows; actively seeks opportunities to improve team efficiency through technology
