About the role
The Enterprise Project Manager will lead large-scale, cross-functional projects throughout the project lifecycle, from initiation through implementation. This includes establishing project scope, deliverables, goals, estimating, planning, analysis, success criteria, and implementation.
Responsibilities
- Establish project requirements, priorities, and deadlines.
- Ensure projects are completed in accordance with all PMO, risk, architecture, policy, and other relevant guidelines.
- Establish project governance and lead cross-functional calls with impacted workstreams.
- Develop change management and implementation plans alongside business owners.
- Challenge assumptions and outline risks, developing mitigation plans proactively.
- Create executive-level presentations.
- Manage budget for assigned projects, monitor progress, and adjust resources and priorities accordingly.
- Oversee project execution, including ongoing management of risks, issues, change control, communication, and reporting.
- Ensure project completion is signed off on and effectively handed off to the Operations team.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships within the EPMO department and with 3rd party vendors or service providers to enhance results.
- Leverage a client service-focused approach to maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
- Lead and facilitate regularly occurring meetings.
- Coordinate communications and rollout planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relevant field required.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing projects, service providers, or vendors.
- One or more certificates (ITIL, PMP, etc.) preferred.
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills with both internal and external customers.
- Capable of working with frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Effective communication skills, written, verbal, and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills, and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Strong understanding of agile processes and ability to actively practice agile methods.
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at once.
- Ability to facilitate and lead meetings and presentations.
Pay
Base salary range: $104,000–$112,000, bi-weekly paid. Compensation based on position, education, and experience. This position is eligible for our Support Central bonus program, which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
