Responsibilities

• Ensure stability, performance, and security of the Snowflake data platform.
• Support disaster recovery exercises and maintain operational readiness.
• Maintain high standards for operational security and efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to support platform integrity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Snowflake support or platform operations.
• Proficiency in SQL scripting.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with ServiceNow for ITSM processes.
• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence three days a week at the Coppell, TX location.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in SnowPro Core or additional Snowflake certifications.
• Experience supporting Snowflake integrations with analytics tools (such as Power BI, Looker, Quicksight).
• Exposure to Snowpark, Snowpipe, and Snowflake Cortex AI services.
• Knowledge of infrastructure automation tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Schedule

Hybrid-3 days onsite (Coppell, TX).
