About the role

The June Mountain Ski & Ride School is hiring ski industry certified Instructors for the 2026-2027 winter season. This is more than just a job; it's an opportunity to embrace the beauty of June Lake, California.

Responsibilities

• Teach group and private lessons to a range of age groups from 3-year-olds to adults.
• Provide quality lessons with an emphasis on safety and fun.
• Work with a fun, dynamic, and diverse staff of instructors from around the world.
• Emphasize safety and fun in all teaching methods.
• Work with younger children, focusing on their unique needs and abilities.
• Participate in season-long certification and elective training programs.

Requirements

• PSIA or AASI certification or equivalent - Level 1, 2, or 3.
• A passion for sharing the mountain experience.
• Experience working with children is preferred.
• An ability to teach new skills in an unfamiliar environment.
• A focus on safety and fun.
• Flexibility, positivity, teamwork, and adaptability to variable weather conditions.

Pay

The pay grade is contingent upon proof of certification (PSIA-AASI or international equivalent).
