Responsibilities
- Provide quality instruction to guests aged 3 to 6 years old
- Perform duties such as equipment rentals, lesson area setup, shoveling, and lift operations
- Participate in season-long certification and elective training programs
- Teach new skills in a winter environment with a focus on safety and fun
- Work in variable weather conditions and provide excellent guest service
- Full-time, part-time, and holiday positions are available
Requirements
- A passion for working with small children in a winter environment
- Experience working with children and/or in guest service (preferred)
- An ability to teach new skills in an unfamiliar environment with empathy for beginners
- Able to work in flexible, positive, and team-oriented environments
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in variable weather conditions
- Ability to provide excellent guest service regardless of personal skiing or snowboarding ability
