Responsibilities

• Clear snow by hand from walkways, steps, building entrances, and areas not accessible by equipment.
• Apply ice‑melt and salt to maintain safe surfaces for pedestrians and vehicles.
• Operate plow trucks or skid‑steers to clear snow from commercial lots, driveways, and roadways (for qualified operators).
• Respond promptly to snow events, including early mornings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure thorough and efficient snow removal.

Qualifications

• Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly when a storm occurs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in cold and snowy conditions.
• Physically able to lift and shovel snow repeatedly during a shift.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Valid driver’s license required for equipment operators.
• Experience operating plow trucks or heavy equipment required for operator roles; entry‑level positions require no prior experience and training is provided.

Pay

$27.00 – $50.00 per hour, based on job type and experience.

Schedule

On‑call availability required for early mornings, nights, and weekends during snow events; flexible scheduling suited for supplemental or seasonal work.
