Snow Removal / Property Maintenance Worker

Job Requirements

No prior education is needed; however, 3 months of experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided.

Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary.

Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary.

Maximum shifts are 12 hours per day.

Must be able to operate zero turn mowers, weed whackers, and backpack blowers.

Pay, Wages, and Benefits

$18.46 an hour weekly, or approximately 40 hours per week, up to 10 overtime hours may be offered, however are not guaranteed.

$27.69/hr for overtime.

All deductions from the worker's paycheck will be made as required by law.

The employer will use a single workweek as its standard for computing wages and pay weekly by check.

Any advances will be deducted with the consent of the employee.

The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
