About the role
Thompson & Associates is hiring snowplow drivers, operators, and laborers to work at Ted Stevens Airport.
Responsibilities
- Plow Duties: Operate pickup-mounted snowplow; Operate pickup-mounted sanders; Light shoveling; Pre-trip and post-trip trucks.
- Operator Duties: Operate various equipment including skidsteer, large loaders with a bucket or 20 ft push blades, dozer, graders, vacuum truck; Light shoveling; Pre-trip and post-trip equipment.
- Laborer Duties: Shoveling snow; Operate walk-behind snow blowers; Operate walk-behind sidewalk brooms; Apply ice melt via ice melt spreader.
Requirements
- Clean driving record
- Pass a background check (including extensive 10-year TSA background check)
- Reliable transportation
- Appropriate cold weather gear
- Plow experience preferred
- Previous operator experience
