Snow Plow Driver
About the role
Evercor Employment Services, Inc. is seeking 5 temporary full-time Snow Plow Drivers to work at 106 Bradford Boulevard, West Hanover Township, PA 17112, and in the counties of Dauphin, Lehigh, Northampton, Cumberland, Lancaster, Luzerne, Berks, Columbia, Lebanon, and York, from October 1, 2026 to April 15, 2027.
Perform temporary, full-time snow removal and winter maintenance driving services for commercial and residential properties. Operate snow plows and salt spreaders to clear snow and ice from parking lots, drive lanes, entrances, and paved surfaces. Transport crews, materials, salt, and equipment between job sites. Inspect and maintain vehicles and snow equipment and assist with manual snow removal, salting, seasonal cleanup, and street sweeping operations as needed.
Work may involve overnight, weekend, holiday, and emergency weather-response shifts.
Requirements
No prior education is needed; however, 3 months of experience is required. On-the-job training will be provided. Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Saturday and Sunday work required, when necessary. Maximum shifts are 12 hours per day.
Must be able to operate zero turn mowers, weed whackers, and backpack blowers. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident. Post-hire background check and employment eligibility (e-verify) check required of foreign and domestic workers. Driver's license required for workers who drive company vehicles.

Pay
$25.21 an hour weekly, or approximately 40 hours per week, up to 10 overtime hours may be offered, however are not guaranteed. $37.81/hr for overtime. The wage rate may vary based on experience and/or merit.
Benefits
Optional daily transportation will be provided from and to the worksite. In the first workweek, the cost of transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be directly reimbursed to every worker. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will reimburse the worker for transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work.
Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker's reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker's voluntary abandonment of employment.
Daily subsistence for travel to the place of employment will be reimbursed at a rate of at least $16.78/day to a maximum of $68.00/day with receipts. Workers will also be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visas, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (except passport fees).
The employer will provide workers without charge or deposit charge for all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job.
Schedule
From Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 5:00pm. The actual work schedule for each day of the week is subject to change. Not every employee will work 12 hour shifts, 7 days a week. An employee may work up to 12 hours per day, but may work alternating days or may work a portion of a 12 hour shift. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions.
