Snow Crew Member- Weekly Pay!

About the role

A Snow Crew Member is a flexible schedule, on‑call position responsible for snow removal using manual shovels or equipment. The role involves attending branch meetings, spreading salt, clearing storefronts with awning rakes, operating small snow blowers and walk‑behind snow sweepers, monitoring weather reports, and following company policies. Work is performed outdoors in various weather conditions, including rain, snow, ice, sun, and extreme cold.

Responsibilities

• Attend meetings at the Branch, if requested.
• Perform snow removal with a manual shovel.
• Spread salt as requested.
• Remove snow from storefronts using awning rakes.
• Operate small snow blowers.
• Operate walk‑behind snow sweepers.
• Monitor weather correspondence and be aware of upcoming snow events.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test.
• Must be able to drive to the work site or branch in adverse weather conditions.
• Must be able to move and/or lift up to 60 pounds consistently.

Skills

• Must be self‑motivated.

Schedule

Schedules may vary and require flexibility to work extended hours. Potential work hours during the snow season include nighttime, weekends, and holidays to participate in snow removal activities.
