About the Role

This position offers the opportunity to work onsite alongside a dynamic team that shares a commitment to excellence and problem-solving. Responsibilities

• Guide participants through one hour of engaging sessions each week for 13 weeks, or twice a week for six weeks, using the evidence-based SNAP Program—STOP NOW AND PLAN.
• Collaborate closely with the youth and their probation officers to ensure tailored support for improved decision-making.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation, oversee data entry for pre and post assessments, and conduct follow-up calls to confirm the utilization of appropriate resources.
• Proactively communicate and foster a supportive environment for clients from diverse cultural and ethnic backgrounds.

Requirements

• A valid Florida driver’s license, a clear driving record, and current automobile insurance.
• Three years’ experience working with youth and families.
• A bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred.

Schedule
