Responsibilities
- Assist families in completing SNAP applications
- Provide guidance on eligibility criteria and program requirements
- Verify and document necessary information for applications
- Follow up with families to ensure timely application processing
- Offer ongoing support and resources to maintain eligibility
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Public Policy, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with low-income families
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
- Knowledge of SNAP program rules and regulations
- Experience with data entry and record-keeping systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
