What You'll Do
- Design and implement the integration architecture between ServiceNow AI Control Tower and Digital Twin platforms (AVEVA Unified Engineering, Bentley iTwin, or AspenTech APM)
- Configure AI Control Tower health dashboards reflecting real-time equipment integrity status from Digital Twin physics-based models and IIoT sensor streams
- Develop automated work order generation workflows in ServiceNow (SAP PM/Maximo) triggered by AI Control Tower anomaly signals from Digital Twin degradation predictions
- Govern asset hierarchy and taxonomy alignment between ServiceNow CMDB (HAM Pro), the Digital Twin model repository, and ISO 55000-compliant asset management framework
- Integrate Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) assessment outputs from Meridium/AspenTech APM into ServiceNow AI Control Tower as structured risk signals for AI-prioritized maintenance scheduling
- Define KPI monitoring for Asset Integrity Management tracking RUL, corrosion rates, and inspection compliance
- Establish edge-to-cloud data governance for IIoT sensor data feeding both Digital Twin models and ServiceNow ITOM Health events
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years of asset management or reliability engineering in oil & gas, with 4+ years on ServiceNow
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with AVEVA Unified Engineering, Bentley iTwin, or AspenTech APM in a production O&G environment
- Proficiency in ISO 55000 asset management principles and their mapping to ITSM frameworks
- Working knowledge of Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) methodologies (API 580/581) and their digital implementation
- ServiceNow ITAM Pro or HAM Pro certification (required)
- Understanding of IIoT protocols (MQTT, OPC-UA) and edge computing architectures (Azure IoT Edge, AWS Greengrass)
- Degree in Mechanical, Petroleum, or Industrial Engineering; professional chartership (CEng/PE) preferred
Nice To Have
- Prior work on integrated operations center implementations
- Experience with RAM modeling tools (ISOGRAPH, Windchill) for reliability analysis
- Exposure to Process Hazard Analysis (PHA) tools and their linkage to asset management workflows
