Become a Surface Mount Technology Operator

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented SMT Operator to join our Carson City manufacturing team. This role is essential to producing high-quality electronic assemblies and requires someone who is safety-minded, focused, and eager to learn. Training is provided, but strong engagement and pride in your work are key.

What This Job Involves

• Becoming aware of potential workplace hazards such as broken or malfunctioning machines and striving to ensure safety of self and others by reporting any hazards immediately.
• Operate SMT machines, including machine adjustments and ability to perform 1-3 tasks from feeder setup through SMT machine operation with direct supervision.
• All operators are responsible for ensuring highest product quality and products manufactured per MPI or Instructions for SMT Work in conjunction with Stockroom, Engineering, Programming, and Quality to ensure SMT produces assemblies with utmost quality.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)
