About the role

We’re hiring a Smoothie Barista to deliver exceptional customer experiences and prepare fresh smoothies and beverages with care in a high-volume café environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, responsive, and knowledgeable customer service
• Blend, juice, and prep fresh fruits and vegetables
• Craft smoothies, juices, and coffee beverages to high standards
• Handle POS transactions and maintain accurate cash handling
• Manage inventory and monitor supply needs
• Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards
• Address customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally
• Support and motivate team members in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• 2+ years in food service
• Experience with POS systems and inventory software
• Comfortable in a high-volume café environment
• Barista and/or juicing experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Enjoys working as part of a team and connecting with others
• Takes pride in quality and is eager to learn new things
• Responsible, punctual, and calm under pressure

Schedule

Store hours are 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Shifts are 6:30 AM–2:00 PM or 1:00 PM–6:00 PM, designed to support work-life balance with evenings and holidays typically free.
