We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. Need to parse the posting. Let's extract relevant content. Posting includes: - Opening: "If you are currently employed at Smithfield, please log into Workday and submit your application through the Jobs Hub. Have a seat at our table. When you join Smithfield, you become part of something special – a company that's sustainably feeding people around the world, producing good food the right way with respect for our people, animals, communities and planet. With opportunities across locations and functions, a culture grounded in our Core Four values - gratitude, communication, respect and accountability - and a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and innovation, Smithfield offers challenging and rewarding careers where you can grow, contribute and make a real impact. Apply Now! The Value You’ll Bring As a Machine Operator team member at Smithfield Foods, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality food by performing essential production tasks and supporting your coworkers. Your reliability, attention to detail, and strong work ethic will help us meet our standards for safety, quality, and teamwork every day. You’ll contribute to a positive work environment, help maintain a safe and efficient production line, and ensure our products reach families across America. Your dedication and willingness to learn will make a real difference—both to your team and to our mission of delivering good food, responsibly." That's like an "About the role" or "Value you'll bring". Could be "About the role" or "The Value You’ll Bring". We'll treat as "About the role". - "Your Opportunity Our team members receive industry-leading wages and are eligible for great benefits packages: Hourly Competitive Starting Pay - $19.85/hour$0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shiftComprehensive Health Insurance, Retirement Benefits, and More.Education benefit available to full and part-time Smithfield team members upon meeting eligibility requirements In addition, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development." So we have Pay (starting pay, shift differential). Benefits (health insurance, retirement, education benefit). Possibly also "Opportunities for career growth" could be under Benefits or separate but we can include under Benefits. - "What You’ll Do Machine Operators will work with meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer. These positions require technical knowledge of computerized equipment. Machine Operator positions are physically demanding and require good hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Machine Operators must be able to work their scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime depending on production demands." That's Responsibilities. - Then "Physical Demands & Work Environment" with many bullet-like statements (list). That's Requirements/Qualifications/Skills. We need to decide sections. We have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to avoid filler headings. Provide only sections with content. We have content for About the role (value you bring). Responsibilities (What you'll do). Requirements (Physical demands & work environment). Possibly Qualifications (maybe age requirement, ability to follow instructions, etc). Skills (technical knowledge of computerized equipment, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail). Benefits (health insurance, retirement, education benefit, career growth). Pay (starting pay, shift differential). Schedule (maybe mention scheduled shift, overtime). The posting mentions "must be able to work their scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime depending on production demands." That's schedule info. We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. No Job ID. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, accommodation request, etc. Also remove "If you are currently employed at Smithfield..." maybe that's application instruction? It's not exactly instruction but it's a note for internal employees. Might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's a note about internal application. The instruction says remove application instructions. This line is about internal employees applying via Workday. Could be considered application instruction. Safer to remove it. Also "Have a seat at our table." maybe fluff but it's part of intro. Keep? It's not boilerplate but it's fluff. Might keep as part of About the role. We need to preserve all substantive information. So we keep the descriptive paragraphs. Now format. We'll produce something like:

About the role

When you join Smithfield, you become part of something special – a company that's sustainably feeding people around the world, producing good food the right way with respect for our people, animals, communities and planet. With opportunities across locations and functions, a culture grounded in our Core Four values - gratitude, communication, respect and accountability - and a strong commitment to learning, collaboration, and innovation, Smithfield offers challenging and rewarding careers where you can grow, contribute and make a real impact. The Value You’ll Bring As a Machine Operator team member at Smithfield Foods, you’ll play a key role in delivering safe, high-quality food by performing essential production tasks and supporting your coworkers. Your dedication and willingness to learn will make a real difference—both to your team and to our mission of delivering good food, responsibly.

Responsibilities

Machine Operators will work with meat cutting/packaging machines and other equipment to process meat products for the consumer. These positions require technical knowledge of computerized equipment. Machine Operator positions are physically demanding and require good hand-eye coordination, and attention to detail. Machine Operators must be able to work their scheduled shift and may be required to work overtime depending on production demands.

Requirements

  • All applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Applicants must be willing and able to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
  • Perform a task requiring continuous/repetitive movement, including grasping, pinching hands, flexing, and extending arms.
  • Stand on concrete and/or platforms for up to a 12‑hour shift.
  • Work around animal blood and/or carcass parts.
  • Work with a knife (if trained).
  • Work in cold areas (approximately 20‑40 °F) and/or warm areas (over 100 °F).
  • Work in an environment that is wet and humid.
  • Work while wearing a hard hat, hearing/eye protection, and steel‑toed safety shoes.
  • Work in a noisy environment using personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Work with sanitation/cleaning chemicals.
  • Work around strong smells/odors.
  • Climb/move on ladders, steps, stairways, walkways and platforms.
  • Bend, stoop, and twist repetitively over the course of an entire shift.
  • Walk long distances.
  • May require certification in order to operate various pieces of equipment required for the position.
  • Some positions may require repetitive overhead lifting up to 30 lbs, single lifting of heavy objects which can weigh up to 60 lbs, or lifting of objects using mechanical assistance.
We could also include "May perform other duties as assigned." but that's generic; maybe skip as filler.

Skills

Technical knowledge of computerized equipment, good hand‑eye coordination, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, reliability, strong work ethic.

But we already have some of that in responsibilities. Might be redundant. Could combine skills into responsibilities. However we need to decide if we have enough distinct content for Skills section. The posting mentions technical knowledge, hand-eye coordination, attention to detail. Those are skills. We'll make a Skills section.

Benefits

  • Industry‑leading wages.
  • Comprehensive health insurance.
  • Retirement benefits.
  • Education benefit available to full‑ and part‑time team members upon meeting eligibility requirements.
  • Opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Pay

Hourly competitive starting pay: $19.85/hour, with a $0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift.

Schedule

Must be able to work scheduled shift; overtime may be required depending on production demands.

We need to ensure we didn't include any filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. Check for duplication: We included "All applicants must be at least 18 years of age." under Requirements. That's fine. Check for any leftover boilerplate: We removed EEO, accommodation request, internal Workday note, "Apply Now!" maybe considered call to action; we removed it. Also removed "Have a seat at our table." maybe keep? It's part of intro but not essential; but we kept it in About the role paragraph? Actually we omitted that sentence. We started About the role with "When you join Smithfield...". We omitted "Have a seat at our table." That's okay; it's not substantive. It's fluff but maybe considered filler. Safer to remove. Check if any content missed: "The Value You’ll Bring As a Machine Operator team member at Smithfield Foods, you’ll play a key role..." we included that in About the role. Also "Your Opportunity Our team members receive industry-leading wages and are eligible for great benefits packages: Hourly Competitive Starting Pay - $19.85/hour$0.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shiftComprehensive Health Insurance, Retirement Benefits, and More.Education benefit available to full and part-time Smithfield team members upon meeting eligibility requirements In addition, we offer opportunities for career growth and professional development." We split into Pay, Benefits. We need to ensure we didn't miss "Industry-leading wages" as part of Benefits; we included. Now ensure we didn't include any heading with empty content. All sections have content. Now output only HTML fragment. Let's craft final HTML. Be careful with escaping: inside HTML we can just write plain text; no special characters needing escape except maybe & but we have none. Use proper quotes? Not needed. We'll produce:
