About the role
Culmen International is hiring a Subject Matter Expert (SME IV) - Research Psychologist (Evidence Synthesis).
Responsibilities
- Conduct systematic reviews, evaluate scientific literature, synthesize research findings, analyze evidence, and develop recommendations addressing topics such as PTSD, depression, suicide prevention, and related psychological health concerns.
Qualifications
- PhD in Psychology or related field with a focus on research methods or evidence synthesis.
- At least 10 years of experience in conducting systematic reviews, evaluating scientific literature, and synthesizing research findings.
- Experience in developing recommendations based on evidence synthesis and meta-analysis.
- Strong background in psychological health research, particularly in areas like PTSD, depression, and suicide prevention.
- Excellent communication skills to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders including policymakers, practitioners, and clinicians.
Skills
- Expertise in systematic review methodologies and evidence synthesis techniques.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software such as R, SPSS, or SAS.
- Ability to manage large datasets and perform complex data analyses.
- Strong writing and editing skills to produce clear and concise reports and presentations.
Pay
Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
