SMB Senior Account Executive, Comcast Business
Territory Development
Maintain quality sales records and preparation of sales and activity reports as required.
Develop local business partnerships and organizational affiliations.
Enhance Comcast positioning and brand locally.
Identify improvement areas through a consultative process that enhances prospects' communication abilities.
New Acquisition Sales
- Sell Comcast Commercial Internet, Video and Voice services to small and mid-size businesses.
Focus on advanced communications solutions including PRI, Hosted PBX and multi-location opportunities.
Customer Satisfaction
Ensure customer satisfaction and support a positive Comcast experience.
Work with technical, customer service and related support staff to drive new revenue growth.
Knowledge and Skills
Stay knowledgeable of Comcast products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
Manage a territory with a high activity and comprehensive business plan.
Generate new leads through various prospecting activities, including cold calling, canvassing, customer referrals and partner relationships.
Teamwork and Leadership
- Collaborate with technical, customer service and related support staff to ensure end-to-end customer satisfaction and drive new revenue growth.
Professionalism and Company Standards
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales and business quality objectives.
- Adhere to all company standards and business professionalism.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree

Base Pay: $59,000.00
Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $109,000.00
