Skill Requirements

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Operations, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in revenue operations, billing operations, finance operations, subscription management, customer operations, or a related analytical role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting subscription-based, recurring revenue, SaaS, streaming, media, telecommunications, or technology businesses.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, Chargebee, Zuora, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
- Experience performing account audits, financial reconciliations, or compliance-related operational activities.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar BI platforms.
- Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques.
- Understanding of subscription lifecycle management, revenue operations, and customer account administration.

- Maintain industry-leading billing accuracy and revenue integrity.
- Reduce billing exceptions, account discrepancies, and manual operational processes.
- Improve venue account audit and subscription compliance outcomes.
- Deliver accurate partner reconciliation and reporting.
- Increase visibility into subscription, revenue, and operational performance metrics.
- Enhance customer experience through accurate account management and operational support.
- Build scalable operational processes that support EverPass's continued growth and evolving partner ecosystem.
