SMB Go-to-Market Practice Architect, Google Cloud

As an SMB GTM Practice Architect, you’ll lead the design, implementation, and scaling of technology and business enablement programs tailored to the Small and Medium Business (SMB) segment. Your role involves acting as a key liaison between central GTM strategy and regional execution teams, ensuring that our cloud technology portfolio is effectively translated into segment-specific programs. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners such as marketing, program management, business development, and regional sales leaders to drive program engagement and deliver measurable growth.
Responsibilities
- Translate cloud portfolio and business priorities into actionable, localized plans, shaping initiatives that address the digital modernization needs of the SMB market.
- Lead end-to-end program delivery including scoping, planning, execution, and regional rollouts to drive field engagement and adoption of solution frameworks.
- Build and optimize scalable internal workflows, partnering with business intelligence teams to implement standardized reporting dashboards and process requirements.
- Track and evaluate program metrics, pipeline trends, and regional performance, packaging these insights into recommendations for leadership.
- Act as a channel for segment feedback by capturing market opportunities and collaborating with product and engineering teams to suggest new features and capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in technical consulting, business program management, customer-facing solutions, or business strategy.
- Experience managing databases, project management frameworks, or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
Preferred qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or an investigative field.
- Understanding cloud computing frameworks, software-as-a-service (SaaS) models, and IT infrastructure modernization.
- Ability to query large datasets using SQL and produce insights to drive decisions, and experience with data analysis, business case development, and financial modeling.
- Strong communication skills with experience delivering training, program updates, and presentations to stakeholders and leaders.
Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $152,000 - $222,000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
