SMB Account Executive - Workvivo
Responsibilities
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across SMB to midmarket accounts.
- Engaging with HR leaders to position Workvivo as a strategic partner.
- Developing and executing territory plans that drive pipeline growth and account expansion.
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets through disciplined pipeline management.
Requirements
- 2 - 5 years of SaaS sales experience, with at least 2 years focused on employee engagement, survey, or listening solutions.
- Build trusted relationships with senior HR decision-makers.
- Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles lasting 3–6+ months.
- Communicate with clarity and confidence in executive-level presentations.
- Show equivalent practical experience in software or HR technology sales.
- Bring experience selling SaaS solutions to organizations with 500 - 2500 employees.
Qualifications
- Minimum Salary Range or On Target Earnings: $139,100.00 - $283,700.00
- Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
- We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.

Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value. Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
