About the role

We are looking for a General Manager to lead our 6-canopied padel court centre at Queens College, Taunton. This is an exciting opportunity to introduce and grow the sport of padel within the Bicester community, overseeing a team of dedicated professionals at an LTA-registered venue.

Smash Padel is known for its nationally recognised children’s coaching program, academy, and vibrant social activities. The facility offers inclusive activities for people of all ages and abilities, presenting a unique chance to engage with schools, corporates, and local communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to deliver high-quality padel experiences.
• Drive community engagement, including partnerships with schools, corporates, and local groups.
• Oversee operations at the LTA-registered venue, ensuring smooth and efficient facility management.
• Promote and expand Smash Padel’s coaching programs, academy, and social activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow participation and membership.
