Responsibilities

• Understand the financial needs of the customer
• Assist the sales team with processing or completing sales
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction levels above manufacturer standards
• Achieve all monthly forecasts
• Attend and participate in weekly and monthly training
• Complete all state and financial documents
• Present customers with products and services that enhance their purchase
• Ensure accuracy on desking deals, submitting deals to lenders for approval, and making credit decisions
• Close deals
• Manage proper follow-up and communication with existing and prospective clients through telephone, mailings, and electronic media before purchase and service

Requirements

• 2+ years of automotive finance or sales experience preferred
• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent customer relations skills
• Ability to achieve sales goals and customer satisfaction standards
• Strong time management skills
• Clean driving record
