Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for apartment complexes
- Conduct mystery shopping to evaluate customer service and amenities
- Assist in lease-ups by preparing properties for occupancy
- Provide mechanical services to ensure property functionality
- Perform make-ready tasks to prepare properties for new tenants
Requirements
Must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a valid driver's license. Previous experience in property management or related fields is preferred.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in marketing, property management, or similar roles is beneficial.
