Seeking energetic and detail-oriented individuals to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include marketing campaigns, mystery shopping, lease-up assistance, mechanical services, and property make-ready.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for apartment complexes
• Conduct mystery shopping to evaluate customer service and amenities
• Assist in lease-ups by preparing properties for occupancy
• Provide mechanical services to ensure property functionality
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare properties for new tenants

Requirements

Must have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess a valid driver's license. Previous experience in property management or related fields is preferred.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in marketing, property management, or similar roles is beneficial.
