Job Requirements
The Small Engine Repair Technician position at Zenith Tech of the Walbec Group requires a valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred. The candidate must be punctual and dependable, able to work in a shop manufacturing environment, and tolerate working in variable weather conditions and dirty/dusty environments. Self-directed and motivated, the candidate should also possess good communication skills and be a team player.
Responsibilities
As a Small Engine Repair Technician, the primary responsibilities include:
- Inspecting, servicing, and performing routine engine maintenance.
- Identifying mechanical, electrical, and fuel system problems and making necessary repairs.
- Repairing or replacing broken and defective parts.
- Keeping records of inspections, test results, work performed, and parts used.
Qualifications
While not specified, the position requires a high school diploma or GED equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record. Prior small engine repair experience is preferred but not required.

Hours
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, with occasional overtime and some Saturdays.
