Responsibilities

• Operate various types of earthmoving and aerial work platforms, including mini excavators, track excavators, and aerial lifts.
• Maintain and service equipment according to manufacturer’s guidelines and company standards.
• Perform routine inspections and repairs on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, other operators, and customers to address issues and provide feedback.
• Adhere to safety protocols and follow all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Experience operating heavy machinery is preferred but not required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn new equipment quickly.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Skills

• Proficiency with basic computer operations.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals.
