Position Description

US Fusion & Specialty Construction

Job Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance
• Performs diagnostics and makes repairs and servicing on equipment
• Maintains and tests mechanical equipment, machinery and related components
• Maintains large-scale power-generators, pumps, oil/gas related equipment, as engines, electrical systems, and hydraulic systems

Essential Functions

• Identifies parts for replacement and machines that are in need of new parts and places orders as necessary
• Routine checks and maintenance of all equipment to make sure it is in good working order in the shop and in the field if necessary
• Adheres to all applicable safety standards

Additional Duties And Responsibilities

• Cross-train with other departments as needed
• Participates in other duties as assigned by Supervisor

Position Requirements

• Have at least 2 years of experience working on diesel engines
• Provide own tools
• Drivers license as well as clean driving record

Preferred Education And Experience

• High School or GED preferred but not required
• Trade School program preferred but not required
