About the role

The Small Business Relationship Manager is responsible for delivering excellent customer service in alignment with U.S. Bank Core Values while providing comprehensive financial solutions to complex small business clients.

Responsibilities

  • Possess expert-level consultative selling, financial analysis, and relationship management skills.
  • Show advanced business acumen, underwriting expertise, and product knowledge to deliver sophisticated client solutions.
  • Show strong understanding of banking operations, sales, new business development, customer service and relations, and community relations.
  • Show professionalism and strong working knowledge of applicable lending policies, credit structures, products, services, and regulatory requirements.
  • Typically have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience and three to four years of experience in relationship banking.

Requirements

  • NMLS registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z, including ongoing compliance with all legal and regulatory registration requirements.
  • Comply with the U.S. Bank Code of Ethics and all Anti-Money Laundering, Bank Secrecy Act, information security, suspicious activity reporting requirements, policies, and procedures.
  • Participate in required corporate and business line training in these areas, follow account opening procedures, and understand internal suspicious activity referral requirements and processes as required for the position.

Pay

$80,280.00 - 98,120.00 U.S. Bank will consider qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records for employment.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
