Responsibilities
- Engage the model with realistic small business scenarios and operational challenges
- Evaluate outputs related to budgeting, pricing, marketing strategy, hiring decisions, vendor management, customer communications, and basic compliance considerations
- Assess the practicality and alignment of model responses with real-world business practices
- Provide structured feedback to improve prompts, evaluation criteria, and real-world applicability
- Identify areas where models oversimplify trade-offs or misunderstand resource constraints common to Very Small Business (VSB) environments
Requirements
- Direct experience owning or co-owning a small business
- Experience managing operations, finances, marketing, staffing, or growth strategy
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills
- Strong understanding of small business operations
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with AI and machine learning concepts
