Small business owners AI (English - US)

About the role

Small business owners in the United States are needed to provide English language support through an AI platform. The engagement is remote and will last for 16 weeks starting on August 3rd. Experience of 2+ years is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely responses to customer inquiries using AI technology
• Handle a variety of tasks related to customer service
• Ensure all interactions are professional and respectful

Requirements

• Experience working with small businesses
• Fluency in English (US English preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with customer service software

Schedule
