Small Business Loan Intake Analyst/Loan Processor

About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Small Business Loan Processor / Intake Analyst to join our team at PCR Business Finance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review loan documents for accuracy and completeness, ensuring adherence to regulatory and internal policies.
• Oversee the production and maintenance of collateral files, ensuring proper filing and control of all collateral documentation.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date credit files, including documentation related to borrower financials and credit history.
• Generate and analyze reports from loan systems, providing relevant information to management.
• Address inquiries from lenders, customers, and referral partners related to loan processing. Resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent; additional education in finance or related field is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Loan Processor or similar role in the financial industry.
• Familiarity with loan documentation, collateral management, and credit file maintenance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in loan operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
