Responsibilities

• Generate reports and analyze financial data
• Evaluate cash flow and improve profitability
• Prepare budgets
• Provide strategic tax planning and financial forecasting
• Set up accounting systems, Chart of Accounts, and General Ledger
• Implement internal controls for fraud prevention
• Prepare quarterly, monthly, and annual financial statements
• Process use and sales tax
• Prepare profit statements and balance sheets
• Create custom financial reports
• Prepare business tax returns
• Provide outsourced CFO services

Qualifications

• Experience in tax and accounting for small businesses
• Ability to analyze financial data and evaluate cash flow
• Proficiency in budget preparation and strategic tax planning
• Knowledge of accounting system setup and internal controls
• Experience with financial statement preparation and business tax returns
