SLS Guidance Engineer (ES2)
About the role
We work collaboratively with the NASA customer in an integrated environment to provide GN&C system design, analysis, and integration support for applications including satellites, lunar landers, and launch vehicles.
Responsibilities
- Model, simulate, and analyze vehicle and spacecraft dynamics
- Develop and optimize workflows to improve efficiency
- Develop, modify, and maintain software simulators, tools, and scripts
- Create, edit, and debug software written in C++/Python/Matlab
- Support verification and validation of technical products
- Prepare and present technical reports and/or briefings
- Create and review engineering and software documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in science, technical, engineering, math or related degree program from an ABET accredited institution.
- Must be able to provide own transportation.

Pay

Schedule
Normal workday is from 7:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m., Monday thru Friday. Minimal overtime may be required to meet schedule milestones and to support technical demands of the job.
