Job Description
The role supports the development and evaluation of guidance, navigation, and control systems for advanced aerospace applications. Responsibilities include analyzing system behavior, designing solutions, and integrating hardware and software components to ensure system reliability and mission success.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, implement, verify, and test software and simulation toolchains.
- Work on a 6 degree of freedom (6DOF) simulation to design and test flight code.
- Optimize flight software and simulation software.
- Work with various trajectory optimization software and tools.
Requirements
- Candidates must have an active secret clearance or be willing and able to obtain a secret clearance.
- This is a full-time, onsite position and cannot accommodate remote work.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of professional experience, or a Master’s degree with 0 years of professional experience is required.
Technical Skills
- Exposure to C++, Python, and development in a Linux environment is required.
- Experience with MATLAB and aerodynamic modeling is also necessary.
