Methodist McKinney Hospital is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the team on a PRN basis in McKinney, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language pathology services to patients as ordered by physicians
• Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate clinical records
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of Texas
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Previous hospital or acute care experience preferred
• Strong clinical and interpersonal communication skills
