SLP - Speech Language Pathologist

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat individuals experiencing speech, language, fluency, voice, or swallowing challenges.
• Conduct assessments to determine communication and swallowing impairments.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans.
• Lead individual or group treatment sessions focused on speech, language, or swallowing.
• Educate patients and families on strategies for improved communication.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately.
• Cook up administrative needs, including scheduling, billing, and care planning.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Speech Therapy program
• Current Speech Language Pathologist license in the state of Ohio
• 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
