This is your chance to deliver exceptional care across WellStar’s dynamic network, support multiple teams, and grow your clinical toolkit while making a true difference.
Responsibilities
- Assess & Collaborate: Collaborate closely with physicians to assess and continually evolve speech, language, cognition, and swallowing care plans. Engage with patients and families to create customized goals that get results.
- Create Meaningful Change: Develop and implement fun, interactive treatment plans that inspire progress. Revisit and refine goals to ensure patients are always supported, educated, and empowered.
- Stay On Track: Maintain clear, organized documentation to ensure each session is as impactful as the last and ensure compliance with all departmental guidelines.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology (from an accredited program) required.
- Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- 2+ years as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a hospital setting required.
