About the Role
Experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) supporting multiple care teams across various campuses.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation.
- Build meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals.
- Collaborate with team members to create a safe, respectful environment and contribute to performance improvement and shared governance.
- Engage in ongoing professional development, mentorship, and applying evidence-based practices.
- Participate in research, patient safety initiatives, and resource planning to optimize patient outcomes and care efficiency.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred.
- Active RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications; specialty certification preferred.
- Minimum 2 years recent Med Surg experience.
- Proficiency with computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus.
