SLP Clinical Supervisor

Yellow Bus ABA is seeking a part-time SLP Clinical Supervisor to join our team. We work to overcome barriers that impact the daily functioning of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) across New York State. Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and mentorship to Speech-Language Pathologists and CF-SLPs
• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Oversee treatment planning and ensure high-quality, evidence-based therapy
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs, BTs, and families to support interdisciplinary care
• Deliver parent coaching and communication strategies to support generalization across settings
• Monitor clinical documentation, session notes, and progress reports for accuracy and quality
• Support center-based social language, communication, and pragmatic groups

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children on the spectrum thrive through individualized communication support
• A strong leader who enjoys guiding and developing a clinical team
• Skilled in connecting with families and communicating treatment goals clearly
• Confident in designing intervention plans that integrate AAC, speech sound production, receptive/expressive language, and social pragmatics
• Comfortable working collaboratively in a center-based, interdisciplinary environment

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current NYS Speech-Language Pathology License
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification
• Experience with ASD populations; pediatric or center-based experience preferred
• Supervisory or mentorship experience preferred
