About the role

As an SLP, you will play a vital role in helping students improve their communication skills, achieve academic success, and foster confidence in themselves.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver personalized therapy services
  • Support students in achieving academic success through improved communication skills

Requirements

  • Valid Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Indiana
  • Strong knowledge of assessment tools, therapy techniques, and IEP processes
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Prior experience working with K–12 students in an educational environment

Nice to have

  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience working with students in a school setting
  • Bilingual abilities or additional language skills

Salary Range

$60,000 – $75,000 annually
