Slot Video Technician

Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa

Responsibilities

• Maintain, fix, clean, and ensure all games and ATMs operate properly
• Set up new slot machines and verify correct installation of settings
• Conduct bill tests on new machines to ensure bill acceptors function correctly before guest use
• Work as a team to pull or place slot machines on the floor
• Understand and comply with Title 31, completing annual training and testing for the Bank Secrecy Act
• Respond promptly and professionally to requests, complaints, and problems
• Work independently or in a group on projects
• Demonstrate courtesy, respect, and sensitivity to visitors and co-workers as a representative of the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa
• Maintain positive and professional representation of the Fond du Lac Band and department in the community
• Maintain proper attendance and punctuality in accordance with policies
• Keep a clean and organized work area
• Remain flexible and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by management

Requirements

• No formal education required
• Driver’s license not required
• One year of gaming experience desired
• Knowledge or experience in electrical, mechanical, or slot machine-related fields desired
• Basic computer skills required
• Effective oral and written communication skills required
• Ability to work independently and establish priorities required
• Attention to detail and accuracy required
• Ability to establish professional and harmonious working relationships
• Subject to drug and alcohol testing per Fond du Lac Reservation’s Personnel Policies
• Subject to pre-employment and annual background checks
• Work in a smoking environment

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing and walking
• Bending, stooping, crouching, kneeling, twisting, and turning
• Frequent lifting of up to 75 lbs
• Lifting of up to 1000 lbs with the aid of hydraulic lifts or a dolly
• Subject to inside environmental conditions, including work in a smoking environment

Schedule

• Rotating shifts
• Operations conducted seven days a week, including holidays

Pay

$21.34 - $24.01 / hourly
