SLOT TECHNICIAN II

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and cleaning on slot machines
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical components
• Aid with machine moves, installs, and conversions
• Support floor operations for guests
• Help resolve guest issues related to machines
• Follow all gaming regulations and company procedures

Qualifications

• Complete knowledge and experience with slot machine diagnostics and repairs including CPU boards, PCB boards, monitors, power supplies and other various parts
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Strong computer skills required
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a slot technician
• Familiar with AC/DC theory
• Strong electronics, mechanical and bench repair skills
• Present a well-groomed appearance
• High School Diploma and/or GED required
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English
• Flexible and able to work all shifts and weekends
