Responsibilities
- Maintain the repair and maintenance of electronic gaming machines and related equipment.
- Be proficient in installing and removing slot machines.
- Perform slot machine conversions, moves, and changes with minimal supervision.
- Foster positive team relations and interface with other departments.
- Repair and maintain player tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot and set up progressive signs.
- Communicate with employees to share information and provide feedback.
- Use Microsoft applications such as Excel and Word.
- Have working knowledge of gaming regulations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED; technical training certificate preferred; some experience with electronics or mechanical responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, and SDS.
- Strong interactive skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Must be at least 21 years old and able to obtain an Indiana Gaming License.
- Must be able to work in a smoking environment.
- Must be able to work in a highly populated, fast-paced, and noisy environment.
