Explains the benefits and privileges of using a player’s card.

Responsible for improving Guest service, developing and implementing new promotions, maintaining and cultivating relationships with VIP Guests.
Knowledge and Skills
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications
- Communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management.
- Well organized and detail oriented.
- Available to work the shifts necessary to complete functions and responsibilities.
- Must be able to obtain Gaming Registration.
- Must be professional and maintain confidentiality to surveillance operations and activities.
- Two plus years of experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills.
- Must be able to work quickly and accurately under high stress situations.
- Exercise general responsibilities necessary to minimize operation cost and maximize operational profits.
