Slot Attendant
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $9.25 per hour + tips (average $19–$21 per hour in tips)
- Adhere to all departmental and property policies and guest service standards
- Provide cash handling services to casino patrons
- Pay and verify jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures
- Promote the Players Club card program, explaining benefits to customers
- Communicate customer service issues to key personnel
- Handle assigned casino funds and manage fund exchanges
- Perform customer booth transactions
- Assist in training new personnel
- Monitor work areas to ensure cleanliness and address customer requests
- Assist patrons with general casino questions
Slot Supervisor
Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
Pay: $19.50 per hour
- Supervise staff and manage daily operations during assigned shift in the Slots department
- Enthusiastically support and promote superior customer service in line with company standards
- Ensure customer service standards are met and address issues as they arise
- Maintain efficiency of slot machines and related gaming equipment
- Provide authorizing/verifying signatures for jackpot payments per established procedures
- Handle customer concerns and make final decisions on service recovery
- Maintain and process all Slots department paperwork, logs, schedules, and communications
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
- Basic math and cash handling skills, including counting money and making change
- High energy and proactive approach to resolving issues
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively across all organizational levels
- Willingness to work any shift or hours as needed
