Sloane's Tavern Server- Part Time/Seasonal

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Ensure that all server stations are properly stocked before, during, and after service
• Ensure that the assigned station is clean, organized, and set properly
• Professionally communicate with fellow colleagues and integrated departments
• Follow the Sloane’s Tavern Sequence of Service to ensure guests needs are met in a timely manner
• Provide detailed dietary knowledge of menu items including allergen information
• Communicate with MOD to ensure guests are receiving safe and timely service
• Provide genuine connections with our guests
• Be able to speak to Wyndhurst club benefits and its parent resort, Miraval
• Complete all assigned side work
• Assume the duties of support staff during low occupancy shifts
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and decorum
• Follow and abide by the instructions of the Sloane’s Tavern leadership team
• Follow property cash handling policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Mid-day & Evenings – weekends a must
• Minimum of 6 months of server experience
• Ability to work extended hours on your feet
• Ability to carry up to 25lbs at one time
• Interpersonal skills for genuine, fluid communication with guests and staff
• Availability must include weekends
