Part time - 20 hours/pay period - 4:00 pm to 7:30 pm - includes every other weekend and holiday

Pay

Pay Range: $15.10 - $18.50/hour (non-exempt), based on experience, qualifications, and location.

About the Role

As a Server, you’ll be at the heart of our community, providing exceptional dining service to residents while fostering meaningful connections. Whether assisting with meal selections, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining environment, or simply offering a warm smile, you’ll play a key role in helping residents enjoy each mealtime with dignity, joy, and companionship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with seating, building positive relationships with residents and guests, and helping resident select their meals.
• Ensure Safety and Sanitation – Set and clear tables, arrange seating, and maintain the cleanliness and condition of all flatware and glassware. Perform dishwashing and organize clean dishes in designated areas.
• Maintain dining and kitchen areas through vacuuming, sweeping, mopping while adhering to safety and infection control procedures.
• Communicate Effectively – Proactively communicate with residents and team members.
• Other Duties as Assigned – Participate in special projects, assist in other areas of the building, and attend in-service training sessions and team meetings as required.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in dining services, food handling, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow emergency protocols.
• Proficient in English for effective communication with staff, clients, and visitors.
• Successful completion of a state-mandated background check.
